Africa Finance Corporation International Investment Forum CBD was tasked to broker investment forum and seminar for the Ogun State delegation. Tasks included list management, logistics production, electronic and print marketing.

Background OGUN STATE DEVELOPMENT FOCUS:
The Economic development focus of the Otunba Gbenga Daniel administration is to transform Ogun State into a major Commercial and Industrial hub in Nigeria and the West African Sub-Region. In the past five years, efforts of the State Government have been geared towards creating a business friendly environment, through concerted infrastructural development initiatives; provision of a broad range of investment incentives; organization of series of consultative stakeholder engagements; facilitation of Public-Private Partnerships; ensuring peace and security; with a view to promoting increased Private Sector investment in the State.
The Incentives included: The Industrialization drive of the government seeks to leverage on the unique Agricultural and Mineral Resources of the State, as well as the contiguity of the State to the Commercial nerve Centre of Nigeria. The Investment drive of the State has been geared towards stimulating and attracting Private Sector interests in the development initiatives of the State in its efforts to achieve sustainable development. To this end, a number of incentives have been put in place by the Government to attract private sector participation in the State. |
Program Elements Expedited turn-around of an investment event for stakeholders and fund managers
Creation of Marketing Materials, handbills, invitations and large format signage
Assembly of Media list and targeted consumer list
Production of Invesment Forum, including procurement of prime venue, logisitics, badging, registration, electronic marketing staffing and follow-up
